The answer, according to Imbibe's 2015  "Bartender of the Year" and recently named International Sherry Week ambassador Derek Brown, is sherry. During this special International Sherry Week seminar, Derek will introduce attendees to the many facets of this versatile beverage through tastings, pairings and hands on instruction.
