If you had one bottle to start the night, pair with food and mix in a cocktail later, what would it be? The answer, according to Imbibe's 2015 "Bartender of the Year" and recently named International Sherry Week ambassador Derek Brown, is sherry. During this special International Sherry Week seminar, Derek will introduce attendees to the many facets of this versatile beverage through tastings, pairings and hands on instruction.
Attendees will get to try three different aperitif styles with food and learn to make two sherry cocktails: The Adonis and an original cocktail from Derek. This is a great introduction to sherry and how to use it from one of sherry's biggest advocates!
