Kentucky Society Happy Hour

  • Southern Efficiency 1841 7th Street Northwest Washington, DC, 20001 United States (map)

The Kentucky Society of Washington is like an expat club for Kentuckians who made the move to this strange, foreign land we call D.C. To help us celebrate Bourbon Heritage Month, they’ll be joining us for a happy hour featuring the fruits of their home state, from the classic Pendennis Club Cocktail (named after the historic social club in Louisville) to our twist on an Owensboro BBQ Mutton sandwich.

We’ll also be raffling off a bottle of Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon and a pair of tickets to see Loretta Lynn (a Kentucky native) at Lincoln Theater on Sep. 27th. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Kentucky Society, and they’ll have representatives from the society on hand for anyone interested in becoming a member.
